## VegEase Reviews in India

### *---- "Fraud. deliver you rotten vegetables"
Do not buy from them while seeing less prices. they will give you rotten or unripped and bad quality product you will not able to eat. do not get in there trap
-- Sonali sabharwal, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Customer support behaviour is not good."
Customer support Kirtika was totally miss behaving and not provided the resolution.
-- Sufy14, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Dont waste money and time"
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this app. From missing items in my order to the poor quality of the vegetables delivered, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The vegetables often arrive wilted, bruised, or outright unusable.

To make matters worse, the customer service is abysmal. Complaints are either ignored or take ages to resolve, leaving me feeling unheard and helpless. On top of that, the delivery timings are highly unreliable—orders are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary inconvenience.

I had high hopes for this app, but the repeated issues have made it clear that it is not worth my time or money. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable alternative!
-- Nickineel, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Fresh fruits and vegetables"
I have purchased vegetables from vegease and I received poor quality tomatoes and Raddish. I have order 1 kg radish and only received 304gm. Please don’t buy from here. It’s totally waste of money place.
-- Udit_1, 2024-12-09

### *---- "No return allowed"
You can’t return your defected veggies.
-- Lalitaqqq, 2024-12-07

### *---- "New update"
The new update has so many bugs I’m not able to add anything to the cart. This update has made it impossible to use the app.
-- Rohit Jiterwal, 2024-12-02

### ***** "Must recommended app"
I started buying this app. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and delivery is also feasible. Best part there are no extra charges for delivery or platform fee.
Now i can save my time and get fresh foods and vegetable by sitting at home. Thanks vegease to make my vegetable purchase easy. ☺️
-- raj ki aashu, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Useless application"
Very disgusting application, useless, so don’t use any customer
-- Rampal1, 2024-11-18

### ***-- "Fine"
Quality wise not very great but okay
-- Sanjay006, 2024-11-16

### *---- "Delivery timings, Quality and Cancellations"
1. They never deliver in the mentioned time slot. It’s always during office time that they reach your home.
2. They cancel half of the order 100% of the time. Like, in my last 5 orders, not even once have they given a full delivery.
3. Their quality is worst compared to competitors, maybe that is why they have lower rates. They might be sourcing the left overs.

My recommendation - Never order. Still confused? Try once and you will know.
