Recently ordered a package that was out for delivery 3 separate days (due to driver issues?) and after contacting customer service they said they are returning the package due to multiple failed delivery attempts. Note- I am in an apartment complex where packages are delivered daily to our mail room, this was not something that I needed to be home to sign for. Very poor customer service. The app also glitches and forces me to use safari instead. -- Bbbbbbbbrrrreee, 2025-01-04 ### *---- "App Worthless for Tracking" Using the tracking number given to me by the merchant, and it still doesn’t work in the app! I know the number is valid because it works in the browser. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the app does not recognize the very same tracking number that works perfectly in the browser. Apparently this app still needs a lot more work if it can’t even track the same number that works in Safari browser. UPDATE- 1/4/24 now noticed they LOST my package!! Customer support is worthless. Here’s another example of what I have to go thru , now remind you I don’t do veho consistently anymore since they changed this whole new system . Jan 2,2025 I picked up a route that’s 2 hrs 9am-11am for $49 . Not bad but there’s always a catch with veho. I been waiting in line for over an hr after checking in. Which means I have an hr to go before my estimated duration time is over . I have 50 stops with 56 packages . Can anyone really finish this route in less than an hr. Which now I will be late for my priority job. And also Veho will use this against on your metric chart stating you are late on your deliveries. Also they required to go by the instructions that their customers label. Which is fine, the only problem is Veho does not update the instructions. Which following the instructions upon delivery , and if the instructions were not updated on Veho ‘s behalf they want us to drive back to that location and pick up the package and deliver it at the correct address that now they provided at that moment with no extra pay ( which they will reach out to you 2 hrs later after being done with your route and most likely your second job or second route) FYI -- BigG 232323, 2025-01-02 ### *---- "Didn’t Deliver A $200 Package" Waited all day and was given a window of 8:30-4:30. Then I was told there was an unexpected delay with the driver. Thought okay that’s fine. Then I get a text with a picture saying “delivered.” Mind you, I had uploaded a photo of what our apartment looked like with instructions. The picture I received of the delivery was nowhere near what my residence looked like. Don’t buy Factor meals, and avoid any business that uses this app service for delivery. -- SGOtaku, 2024-12-17 ### **--- "Food Delivery delayed on first order" I just resumed my factor meal orders, and the first delivery I get from Veho is delayed. 🙃 After putting the packing out for delivery, they tell me 1 hour before the window delivery time is up that my package is delayed. No explanation or attempt to follow-up, just too bad I guess. After waiting the entire day and anticipating dinner, I now to have to find something last minute and hope the box doesn’t come in the middle of the work day while I’m away. Package has been delayed for a third time now after it has been “out for delivery.” Although the first part of my order was delivered in a timely manner with no issues, but now it’s been almost 2 weeks for the second half. Have been in contact with customer support and they respond with the same generic “here’s how to track your delivery,” not that we don’t already know how to see that. Don’t really have any new updates other than what’s listed on the tracking number, so I don’t see what the point of have customer support when they provide you with nothing helpful. I will not work with any company moving forward who contracts through Veho. -- caleb mcneill, 2024-12-01 ### *---- "“Lost package”" Apparently once my package was received at their Indianapolis facility it just “disappeared” and now the app states “there is a problem” and it is “undeliverable”. They failed to let the business who sent my order know of their service failure (or likely internal theft). Requesting that any business I use to stick with ups and fedex, they are reliable and hold their employees accountable. As far as the actual mobile app, it’s far behind in quality when compared to FedEx, UPS or Amazon in regards to tracking and updates. My first experience with this vendor and hopefully last! -- CLBR APRN, 2024-11-19 ### *---- "Terrible app" I have almost exclusively had bad experiences with this app. My apartment has an entrance that is kinda hard to find, but this is the ONLY delivery service that CONSISTENTLY is unable to find it. I’ve had phone call after phone call where drivers give up and leave despite being able to literally touch the building. I feel sick to my stomach every time a purchase says delivering through Veho.
