## Velliv Description
The app will provide you with an overview of your pension scheme at Velliv: 
- You can keep yourself updated regarding the development of your savings and see what disbursements you might expect from Velliv when you retire. 
- You will be able to follow the return on your investments and see your agreed contribution. - You can get an overview of your insurances in the event of death, critical illness and disability. 

How to get started:
Log in by using your NemID and MitID when using the app for the first time. Hereafter you can activate Touch ID or Face ID login. If you are not a customer in Velliv, you are welcome to contact us through the app or velliv.dk.

Desværre virker appen ikke som den burde, oplever flere gange at jeg trykker ind på appen hvor Vellivs logo kommer frem, men kommer aldrig ind på selve menuen i appen..

Hvad er grunden til at vellev app ikke længere virker. Når jeg aktiverer app’en kommer der blot en grøn side og ikke mere. Kan heller ikke opdatere app’en.

Svært at anmelde en app, som ikke tillader en at logge ind via MitID men i stedet bare cirkler rundt og rundt.

Jeg ville gerne give appen et review. Men det er til dato stadig ikke lykkedes mig at logge ind… I sidste forsøg mistede jeg tålmodigheden efter 12 min og 23 sek.

Men jeg kan se på de andre kommentar, at Velliv er klar over den lange load tid. Og det er jo altid godt at høre 👏

Ualmindelig langsom app. Det tager så lang tid at logge ind, at man har givet op på forhånd. Og når man så væbner sig med en stor portion tålmodighed og venter, så får man ofte en fejlmeddelse om, at ens oplysninger ikke er tilgængelig. Der er plads til forbedring.

Jeg skulle bruge mange forsøg, før det lykkedes mig at komme på.

Menuerne var langsomme.

Andre pensions app som f.eks. Sampensions indhenter oplysninger fra pensionsinfo og kan derfor give dig et samlet, men simpelt overblik over alle pensionsforhold.

Pt kan jeg slet ikke logge på. Der sker ikke andet end at login knappen markederes “som trykket på”. 

Men generelt er appen ikke bare lidt, men utroligt langsom til at logge på og hente data. Man forestiller sig næsten at nogen skal i kælderen efter en mappe og taste oplysningerne manuelt hver gang. Og nogle gange lykkedes det slet ikke. Den står bare og “snurre”. Efter et minut eller 2 mister jeg tålmodigheden vil jeg sige.
