Don’t fool yourself thinking that it might be different with you. It takes forever to make the door open and even longer to open it to pick your bike back! Lots of issues with the connection, you WILL spend at least 10 minutes persisting until it works. Not being connected with digital wallets is inconvenient but not as bad as not knowing if you will have your bike back. On the bright side, the price is great to have your peace of mind and it’s such a good idea that I’d use it daily if it wasn’t for the failed connection issue. -- clara_gomes_da conceicao, 2025-06-08 ### **--- "Late for work" I was excited to use this app for free parking and safe but however when I got to it I didn’t realize it needed to generate a key. The app says it will only take 15-60 seconds. I waited 15 minutes and nothing happened. I was 30 mins late to work trying to figure it out until I finally gave up. Tried several times again to no avail. Shame. If this app was reliant I would rate it a 5 but right now I can’t even use it, what’s the point? -- Jordy forby, 2025-05-27 ### *---- "Really bad app, not working, dont use" This app is extremely bad. There’s no apple pay integration and everything is very slow. They require you to tap your phone on the locker to open it , but that doesnt work for me. I cant click anything or open any menus.
