## Velorific Description
Velorific is a nutrition and training tracker built for cyclists, runners, triathletes, and anyone whose eating target should change with how hard they worked out today.

WORKOUT-ADAPTIVE CALORIES
Your daily calorie target isn't static. Velorific reads your workout activity, classifies each day as rest, easy, moderate, hard, or very hard, and adjusts your deficit accordingly. Ride easy - hold the deficit. Ride very hard - deficit waives, fuel the session. No more fighting hunger on big days or overeating on rest days.

RECOVERY-DAY PROTECTION
After a hard session, Velorific looks back at the last two days of training load. A rest day that follows an 80+ effort waives the deficit entirely. A 60+ effort halves it. Recovery is critical.

MACROS THAT TRACK YOUR TRAINING
Protein target holds steady at your set value. Carb budget scales up on hard days and down on rest days, derived from your calorie target and protein/fat floors. Fat stays put so macros always balance.

INTEGRATIONS
- Strava: workouts import automatically. Manual sync on demand.
- TrainingPeaks: planned sessions surface as a banner so you can pre-fuel.
- AI meal estimate: describe a meal in plain English, get calories and macros back.

LOGGING THAT DOESN'T GET IN THE WAY
- Favourites for meals you eat every day.
- Weight log with trend detection — the app adjusts your deficit by ±25 to ±50 kcal when your actual weekly loss deviates from target.
- Clean, native iOS design. No ads, no cross-app tracking, no nutrient database to pay extra for.

SAFETY
A minimum intake floor (1,400 kcal or 70% of your base metabolic rate) prevents the app from ever recommending a dangerously low target, regardless of your deficit setting.
