No way to cancel starting a charge
If you unfortunately select the wrong charger, good luck trying to cancel it. There is no cancel button in sight when the “Starting your charge” screen comes up.

Worst Ever!
Literally the worst EV charging app I have come across! Everything about it is useless, it is difficult to set up, you have no idea how long you’re charging session has been going for - if you eventually get it to work that is! You have to search for the actual charger point ID number each time as even if you try to save to favourites, you’ll be saving the whole charging area instead of a specific charger port. It’s horrible in every way! Avoid at all costs if you can!
Most unhelpful error message
Used this at Center Parcs. Tried a few times and just kept saying “an error happened”. That was it. Despite setting it as PAYG I worked it out I needed to top up my wallet amount in the app to get it to work. Still, an error message that was actually useful would be good 🤦♂️
Just doesn’t work
Have tried to charge on numerous occasions and paying in different ways and it just doesn’t work. I’m at a center parcs so this is the only option and the car isn’t getting charged, this is my second full day of trying to get it to work
Hopeless
It’s simply does not work. Tried on multiple occasions from different charging points. there’s no problem with the charger - it’s the app that is at fault. So frustrating.
Worked fine!
Needed to download this app to charge at Whinfell Center Parcs. Was slightly concerned by the reviews, especially as it’s the first time I’ve charged away from home so I’m a novice with charging apps and the public charging network. However it worked absolutely fine. The only issue I had was no phone signal by the chargers, so couldn’t pay etc, which was very frustrating but not the apps fault. Went back to the car later and this time my phone picked up the wi-if so managed to sort it easily.
No way to add funds
Really useless , asked me to add funds into my account however won’t allow that to happen as has major glitch in the app . Using iPhone 15
Overnight chargers at centerparcs
Installed this for the overnight chargers at Centerparcs. It’s a bit finicky but it did work. You need to start a charge in the app *before* you plug in, you can’t just plug in your car and setup the app later. Plug in when the app says “starting charging session, make sure your car is plugged in”. The connector then goes green for a few seconds then stops charging and goes solid blue until 11pm when it charges overnight. If it’s flashing blue it didn’t work. The app should show “charging session active” even when it’s not in the overnight charging period.
App and charger doesn’t even work - avoid
All I wanted to do was charge my car in my local golf club. It took me about half an hour to get to a point where I thought my car was charging, only to return and it hadn’t charged at all, despite the app telling me there was a charge in progress. Now I’m trying to return my paid money to my bank and it’s proving difficult. I’ll stick to the Tesla network in future. I suggest VendElectrical does some serious customer journey research to improve things.
Dreadful and unreliable
Tied to these for work. Not mentioning the ridiculous price, the charger stopped 3 times during the day for no reason. I had to go back to the car, unplug and start the process over. It’s not great when I’m in meetings all day, there’s an hour of my time gone. At least my step count was okay for the day.
