## Vendor Access Description
As a vendor, TrueAccess simplifies the credentialing process by allowing you to upload all required documents and sign all hospital policies entirely with your phone.

It provides a more efficient way to check in and out of contracted hospitals. You no longer have to look for a kiosk or print a badge. The application uses geofencing to determine when you enter the hospital and then determines if you have authorization to be there at that time. If so, it connects to your smart-badge by Bluetooth and turns the badge LED indicator green. It turns the LED off when you leave.

The app functions in the foreground and background. This enables the badge to function without the need to open the app each time you enter or leave a hospital.

In some cases you may need an appointment for access to the hospital and if so, it can be made and managed using the app.

TrueAccess is a healthcare technology company providing simplified and secure vendor management. Our mission is to improve processes with creative thinking and quality products.

## Vendor Access Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not secure"
Location sharing 24/7 even during your off hours. Your private information is stored on some database. Another rip off vendor management company-an industry that doesn’t even need to exist. The two good reviews on here were clearly written by the company themselves.
-- Laurel 8, 2025-12-17

### *---- "$500 for invasive tracking"
True Access requires 24/Z location tracking and the app forces you to keep location services on at all times, even off-site. Additionally, my personal data (including my driver's license and health information) is now stored in a data base that I don’t know if it is secure.
-- BlackbearZander, 2025-11-12

### **--- "Do you need the blood of my first born?"
Vendor credentialing apps are a complete scam. I have to sign up for around six different vendor credentialing systems all costing around $400 just to enter the same information and pad the pockets of these crooks. Then you want constant access to my location even when I’m not using the app?!?! Also you want constant access to my Bluetooth?!?! I’ll tell you what you can have access to…

### ***** "Best Smart Badge for Hospital Vendor Visits"
1. No kiosk to manage
2. Automatic log in and log out for registered vendors visiting the campus
3. LED light visible from 20 yards
4. Green light for full credentials, RED if not
5. Appointment requirements available
6. Automatic email notification to Supply Chain and Security personnel for non-compliant vendors visiting the facility

Easy set up and implementations for hospitals, clinics and health systems

### ***** "Excellent Vendor Credentialing System"
This credentialing company has the most efficient system for monitoring vendor credentialing. If vendors keep their credentialing information up to date, that is reflected by a green light on a badge. It’s easy for staff to keep vendors honest and vendors don’t need to look for a sign in station.

Turnaround for getting the badge is quick too after submission of necessary documentation.
