However, through the past year of progression I can safely say WuWa in its present form is a almost perfect game. Yes I know there are lots of improvements to be made however these are always being worked on by the devs, Kuro games. This company is one rare specimen. A dev team who actually listen to the players and enhance the overall experience with the player’s feedbacks in mind. Before the 1.7 update the game had countless bugs from character model to gameplay. But ever since version 2.0 everything has changed. The story got alot and I mean ALOT better, the animations became smoother, the game overall stopped looking like Minecraft and everything was enhanced. Now, in august 2025 I update my review. This game is not a normal game. This game is living. It is breathing and evolving. If anyone ask me for a game to try. It would be this game. I would probably even say go try wuwa in 2027. This game may fall eventually, but this game will die a hero. The game that changed how gatcha games are viewed and made all by itself. Overall I love this game but the compatibility and how taxing the game is for my devices is the deal breaker for me. I have gone online to reddit forums where others like me have voiced their grievances to each other and it appears to me that it’s an issue that lots of players face. Wuwa really has been on the road to success ever since version 1.2 and has a dramatic increase in quality since 2.0 with breathtaking world building, extremely fun challenges and most importantly, a engaging and interesting story. If anyone asked what gatcha/anime/open-world game to try out wuwa is most definitely the first recommendation. It is by far the best game iv ever played in the gatcha genre. For all those genshin and hsr players searching for a new game to play, I have good news for you! Kuro actually LISTENS to their players and has been improving again and again along with out suggestions.
