Veradigm EHR Mobile for the Apple® iPhone™ provides secure, remote access to Veradigm EHR, giving you the freedom to manage your schedule, check your messages, write prescriptions, and log encounters anywhere at any time.
With this app, you can:
- Access Veradigm EHR patient and provider data through a HIPAA-compliant connection 
- View and manage clinic and rounding schedules
--View and respond to EHR and patient messages
--Review and respond to charts, labs, and other key documents
--Access patient histories, vital signs, and demographic information 
- Write prescriptions and refills
- Create new patients and document quick encounters 
- Send photos to the Veradigm Clinical Images app, where you can edit, annotate, and tag them

Combining a robust EHR with the convenience of a mobile device, Veradigm EHR Mobile is the perfect complement to the desktop version.

I am running Version 23.1.1
Still not able to log in on mobile. Checked correct username and password. 
Always hit and miss with login. Why can’t this be fixed?
Does the developer update this app?  Last update was over a year ago…

The app isn’t very user friendly; leaves a lot to be desired in terms of navigating the EHR. 

Most of the time, I’m not able to use the app due to repeated errors indicating I’ve entered the wrong password (I haven’t).

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. Crashes constantly, glitches while in the app, and despite confirming correct password with desktop login the app will often not let me log in. Not to mention when it is functioning “normally” the layout and interface is terrible. As a 28 yo it’s difficult to navigate, I can’t even imagine how some of the older generations could ever utilize this app.

Touch ID nor Face ID work anymore. Also cannot get login with pin to work either. Every time have to login with full password. Provider don’t want to use full passwords. iPad has been put on a shelf till fixed.

Since the update, I can no longer use Face ID to log in. I keep getting “Please Enter a Valid Username and Password.” Allscripts fixed one thing and breaks another. Why can’t we have one update that works like it should?!

Pro version could Review and call patient so that could document for nurse to call. Now option is gone and only review or forward. Forward does not include lab results. This is a step BACKWARD. Also when looking at new labs no longer do previous labs show up as did in Pro version. Please fix.
