Voice interface is a must for home automation. I’m looking into ditching Z Wave and moving to Matter devices. Biggest downfall is that when my Vera Secure controller loses connectivity (which it does regularly) the app acts like it is showing current data from the controller, but in reality it is not. Half of our devices were either not compatible or partially compatible leaving our house with minimal security. The support is great. All but two devices converted. It appears the current version of the app does not handle all the functionality of the Ezlo plus. Geofence is not even in the menus even though I get notices on my phone that Ezlo is using my location. Alerts don’t seem to work. Connectivity to Google Home doesn’t work. The documentation out there doesn’t match the menus in this app. To set notifications I had to go to the website and set them there. I have been told a new app is in development. I have about 30 devices working now. The dashboard design is great. Hope that doesn’t change. Waiting patiently. I have the Vera edge which is amazing. But ezlo secure is not. It worked for about 6 months and now is doesn’t. Technical support takes while to back to you and they call you, you cannot call them only send emails. It’s beyond frustrating.
