GN3 and BS 7671:2018 require every electrician using test instruments for certification work to maintain a documented system for confirming ongoing instrument accuracy. When your assessor asks for evidence, Verifi gives you a complete, professional record to hand over — not a lost form or a half-finished spreadsheet.

  KEY FEATURES:

  • Instrument Management — Add every instrument in your fleet: make, model, serial number, asset tag, purchase date, firmware version and photos. Megger, Fluke, Kewtech, Metrel, Robin or any other make — every instrument gets its own profile.

  • Standardised Accuracy Checks — Record structured checks for continuity, insulation resistance, loop impedance, no-trip loop, RCD trip time, RCD trip current, voltage, earth electrode resistance, PFC and phase rotation. Verifi applies the BS EN 61557 dual-criteria tolerance calculation automatically — percentage or absolute, whichever is tighter — and gives a clear pass or fail.

  • Calibration Certificate Tracking — Store calibration date, provider, certificate number, UKAS accreditation status and the certificate document itself. Your full calibration history is always one tap away.

  • Check Box Profiles — If you use a CalCard or reference check box, set up the details once and Verifi includes them automatically in every accuracy check record.

  • Test Lead Condition Assessment — Record probe tip condition, fuse integrity, voltage rating, CAT rating, fuse type and probe tip exposure in line with GS 38 requirements.

  • Drift Analysis — Track measurement drift over time for every instrument. Spot a tester reading consistently high or low before it becomes a problem at calibration or on a live job.

  • Fleet Dashboard — See the status of every instrument at a glance with colour-coded LED indicators, calibration gauges showing days remaining, oscilloscope-style accuracy trend charts, and a due-date timeline. Manage one MFT or twenty instruments across multiple engineers from a single screen.

  • PDF Reports — Generate a professional accuracy record report for any instrument or your full fleet in seconds. Formatted for NICEIC, NAPIT and ELECSA assessments with all required fields, check results, calibration references, test lead records and ambient conditions.

  • CSV Export — Export instrument data and check records in CSV format for employers or scheme providers with their own reporting requirements.

  • Apple Wallet Passes — Generate a Wallet pass for each instrument showing serial number, last check date, next calibration due and current status. Show your assessor live instrument status without opening the app.

  • Calibration Reminders — Push notifications alert you when accuracy checks or calibrations are coming due, so you never discover a lapsed certificate the morning of an assessment.

### *---- "PURCHASE WITH CAUTION, High expectations, but very poor in reality"
I’ve been lead to believe that the whole suite Verifi, Certifi…etc where meant to be very good, but from my basic use of them over the past 3 days, they are buggy as hell, (from Crashing, app freezing, at bits just not working at all)The only thing they have going for them, they are only Apple app based certs and the GUI is the nicest out of all of them. 
I think the extra purchase of the Cloud storage, if you want to back you certs up and restore is quite cheeky, just include it in the price guys, 
It’s not very customisable too, if you want to add photos too an EIC, not an option, the custom colour section for the certs is completely broken too.

Had the iCertifi app for 15 years and all the other apps I paid for too. Then one day the app didn’t work lost 15 year worth of certificates. The bloke didn’t want to know and blocked me from contacting him. So if I was you I wouldn’t bother with any of his apps.

Purchased the app today. But it is still in evaluation mode. Restarted the app even restarted the tablet.

Bought the app at just under £20 to allow management of ongoing accuracy.

This app doesn’t even open and keeps crashing when trying to use. 
This results in zero confidence that should it work to allow entering of data would it crash again meaning it cannot be retrieved at a later date for say an inspection by a governing body such as NICEIC 

I had up up to this point used some of this companies software for PAT certification and now moving away from Trimble I hoped that I could find a provider for a complete suite of solutions.

Sadly this company has nothing to offer my business that would give me confidence to trust their products. 

I did lodge a ticket with developer, I had a response and was promised an update which did come but again the app fails to work. 

Gutted I could not give zero stars.

I have a subscription to this but when i put my baseline readings in on the insulation resistance it keeps swapping my readings around and putting them in the wrong boxes , not much point if being a accuracy record when it cant even put the data in the right places,

Don’t see why I should take out another subscription to have full access of this app I already use the iCertifi app, iCertifi pat edition, emergency lighting and fire but don’t see why this isn’t included unless it’s buggy and it should have full access in which case it’s not working properly because it wants me to pay again
