Download Verizon Call Filter and start answering calls with confidence. *Eligible customers get a 15-day trial for Call Filter Plus. Spam bots, spoof calls, nuisance calls all make it thru even with most strictest settings. No calls show in the app to block until days later when most of the time I will forget to go back and search for the number. Scam call tech has out smart the basics this app makes you pay for. Customer service refuses to take any action, they brush everything off by asking why the app isn’t working. That’s literally why i call for help, the amount of goofing off is unbelievable. They expect me to figure out how to fix the issues for them. NEXT: call filter keeps saying that I have reached the allowed number of calls, can’t allow more calls that are legit and can’t stop calls that are truly negative. Then I finally went to some different people and had the device wiped and got in and downloaded this and it worked for half a day and a did another review, that one was deleted. So I did another one and that one can only be seen if I come on this device. This app still does not work and I have no way of accessing it because I have no way of getting on anything Verizon access revoked. Now I’m trying to leave another review and the one I left is still sitting as if I just wrote it because it has not actually been sent. Whoever is doing this because for one this App Store is not right. It’s in for a surprise once I take this to some real people.
