I’m very happy with Verizon. I love it
Love VERISON
I have been with Verizon since they have first started, many many years ago, always had an iPhone and always said it was Verizon they’re a great company. I’ve had no trouble with them at all but it’s last fun I had was a jinx phone. Were very good about replacing it. I wouldn’t go to any other carrier at all forever and ever. Love love, love their customer support, and I love to get greeted at the Verizon store when I need help here. Also, the people that work for Verizon are very knowledgeable and take care of their customers. I cannot say enough I’m happy with them all these probably 30 + years or so, I will never leave them for another company!!

New phone transfer was quick and easy.

Does not save all your photos, does not back up unless you go on the app itself and it’s super slow! I called to get my app fixed because I thought it was broken with how terrible it worked but no one was able to assist, even after an hour call with a customer service!

There are so many other options for you to store your data, and you will be able to access it anywhere, anytime. If you ever decide to leave Verizon, you lose everything you stored. I lost everything 5 years ago and I’m still upset. They will tell you "sorry, if you don’t have a phone number with us there’s nothing we can do”.
