This app’s login platform is faulty. On most occasions, I’m forced to change my password and when I do, it will “lock me out” after one attempt to log in. It isn’t specific to my account as this has happened on multiple phones. Not helpful
Add notifications for late payments
THIS IS WHY 1) I HAVE MY FIOS ID & PW WRITTEN IN SHARPIE ON THE BACK OF MY IPAD AND 2) WHY I WILL NEVER SIGN UP FOR PAPERLESS BILLING. Surprise!, Surprise!, Surprise!, after the latest update, Verizon has found a way to make this worse. I can only imagine how great this app could be if verizon worked half as hard at fixing this app as they work making it the new standard for bad apps. Had to login with ID and Password again. Any reasonable company would fire these clowns in a heartbeat. Then again, when you hire the cheapest developers you can find, you get what you pay for. Even with “keep me logged on” selected and Touch/Face ID enabled, I am still forced to login with an ID and Password at least a couple of times a week. Someone needs to show the crackerjack FIOS app developers how to setup an authentication server that will stay online for more than 72 hours.
Although my upload plan is 1024 mbps I am only having 398 mbps
The application is not intuitive
Verizon application and password reset is the most difficult process on the planet earth. Also why are there two separate applications for Fios and Verizon, adds more complication to the whole process. Just spent an hour trying to add back my auto enrollment for Fios that was there for two years and for some reason it was dis - enrolled!
One of the worst apps i have ever used. It constantly crashes, logs me out or won’t even let me log in; stating that my username and password don’t work or my account has been locked. I could go on but it has been a terrible experience
I have had the WORST experience with transitioning to Verizon Fios. I wish I would have stayed with XFinity. You cannot reach a live person or resolve anything without major difficulty.
Verizon Fios subscription has really become outrageous, all ways seems like I am having issues with my router, because I am having issues I will be canceling my subscription.
