## Verkada Pass Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Apple Watch"
Just want to agree and reinforce that this would be even better if it worked with Apple Watch!!!
-- Brtoddpat, 2026-09-20

### *---- "Asks for password sometimes"
You tried it and it worked. And then the next time you're out in the boonies with no signal guess what? It refuses to work and asks you for a password that you probably didn't take with you.
-- heurhtbrjdgwiwhdkosshebdjdy, 2026-09-05

### **--- "Needs Location set as “always” for initial configuration."
I understand that the location helps, but you don’t need it set to “always”. It’s ridiculous that an app that I need to access the place I’m renting needs to always know where I am, every single second of every day/night. I’m being generous with two stars. It doesn’t even let you go to the next step if you don’t set it the way they want. I did change the settings afterwards to “only when using the app” but most people don’t know how and get potentially tracked because someone said they have to. Ridiculous and scary, especially when half the people living here have governmental jobs…
-- Klei Merja, 2026-08-26

### *---- "No go"
If your life depended on this app, you would be dead
-- Pushfog, 2026-08-03

### *---- "Absolutely Drains Phone Battery"
Constantly running in the background will destroy the battery life while at work with so many doors using it. It’s constantly looking for doors. Additionally, if you are hanging out or working close to a door 5-8 ft you can hear the lock continuously unlocking and re-locking non stop until you move far enough away and/or turn the app off.
-- Hlywdc, 2026-08-03

### *---- "Trash. Update did not do anything to fix issue."
It opens Apple Pay and does not open or register any doors. And you cannot submit any reports for any issues.
-- JezkaXXII, 2026-07-31

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Doesn’t send passkey
-- jumpte, 2026-06-13

### ****- "Needs a Watch app"
Occasionally doesn’t connect to some readers but usually reliable. Desperately needs a watch version since it doesn’t need much of a UI anyway.
-- pcmiranda2443, 2026-06-04

### *---- "Works"
A few times...then doesn't.
-- T. J. Henderson, 2026-06-01

### ***** "Great Product!"
It’s been working great for us. As long as you set it up, take the time to dial it in to your liking it does what it’s supposed to. The only issue we’ve had has been with Android users unfortunately. No issues on our end.
-- Omarr2E, 2026-05-28

### ***** "Works Great"
Works great. Need Apple Watch app
-- Nhuldles, 2026-05-08

### ****- "Watch App"
As I have already seen mentioned, a watch app would make this 5 stars
-- scrltngrey, 2026-04-20

### ****- "Please put on Apple Watch!"
Please put Verkada Pass on the Apple Watch, so that we don’t need to take our phones into the gym! Thank you for your consideration.
-- FlagAZrail, 2026-04-06

### ***-- "Not reliable"
My company switched from key fobs to this and people can only get in maybe 60% of the time. We have one door that won’t work at all in the afternoon when the sun hits the door. It’s a good idea but needs work.
-- Abso*lou, 2026-03-25

### ***** "Performance good"
Works perfectly
-- Cookie575udbbsjKans, 2026-03-20

### **--- "Ms"
This is a very frustrating app to use and set up.
-- log on queen, 2026-03-15

### ****- "Works; Apple Watch support needed!"
Works well when you have your phone. But I don’t always remember to take my phone with me everywhere, especially when I walk up the street to grab a takeout lunch. And every now and then, my phone dies when I’m out. Know what I always do have on me that rarely dies, though? My Apple Watch! Can we please get standalone Watch support? Please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, pretty please?
-- ChrisStringer, 2026-02-17

### ****- "Needs Apple Watch app"
Good but needs appropriate Apple Watch Compatible app,
There are many times I walk places or when I’m out running that I do not take my phone with me and not having the ability to get into my facility makes this very hard. Thank you for the hard work.
-- J2982, 2026-02-11

### ***-- "It’s ok."
My company switched to using this system. It’s ok. Wish they had an apple watch app so when I forget my phone I can still get in.
-- Der26436, 2026-02-03

### ****- "Watch"
We are currently installing a new system after 16 years using the old one. Having a phone app is amazing. Having this app on my watch would be like Christmas morning.
