## Vermont Lottery 2nd Chance Reviews in United States

### ***** "Works fine"
Never had an issue with this app. Scanner works every time for me and the app is easy to use
-- LOOTscootBOOGIE, 2025-06-28

### *---- "Bad update"
Doesn’t work
-- Fyrebug, 2024-11-26

### *---- "New update"
Since the new update the app no longer is scanning for 2nd chance. Each time I try and scan my loosing ticket for second chance, it says that my ticket may be eligible for 2nd chance but won’t enter them for second chance and I made sure I was logged in. I think we need another Update to fix the bugs.
-- Dazydook, 2024-11-23

### *---- "Awful"
This new app is terrible! It’s a scrambled mess and unable to even read the options? Why did I need to change to this app when the old app worked perfectly fine? Not happy about this.
-- Bonny5599, 2024-11-22

### ***** "Great app"
I love the Vermont lottery app
-- Em.ploy.e, 2024-11-07

### *---- "No Luck at all…"
Tried app hoping the other poor reviews were over the top. App wouldn’t even open after downloading. Just crashed repeatedly. I’m a Vermont resident who absolutely loves the New Hampshire lottery app. Please hire their developer!! We can do better! Jeez….
-- VermontStrong, 2023-07-22

### *---- "Can’t scan after most recent update"
After a year (maybe closer to two) of this app not being able to scan tickets, it finally worked after it was updated… Unfortunately, it appears the app’s programmers don’t want to spoil their users, and the newest update just gives a “take ticket to agent” error after each scan. The company that created this all just can’t seem to get its act together. Very frustrating.
-- TimmyTATC, 2022-10-25

### *---- "Doesn’t work anymore"
It’s been Months since I’ve been able to get this app to work. It used to be super convenient, but it’s literally been months since I’ve been able to scan anything without an error. Prior to not working at all, it wouldn’t only scan one before the error messages. I’d have to close out of the app and sometimes I could scan one again by reopening the app. Please fix the app!
-- itwasbrokenwhenigothere, 2022-04-21

### *---- "The app doesn’t work! Fix it"
The app used to work amazing when it first started but now it is junk. It is constantly sending back error messages and it takes ridiculous amount of time to even get one ticket scanned. Fix your app!!!!!
-- Bear19701970, 2022-03-27

### *---- "Doesn’t work!"
The scanner is one of the few reasons anyone would download this app, and it doesn’t even work! This issue REALLY needs to be addressed please.
