## VerPace Description
VerPace brings coaches and athletes together to plan training, log how every session felt and see progress, for track and field, running, gym and team sports. Formerly Stratixar.

FOR ATHLETES
• Today's session comes first: open the app, tap Start, then Complete to log your effort (RPE 1–10), time, results and notes.
• Record rep times, sets, loads and distances next to what was planned, and attach a photo or a clip of up to 60 seconds for your coach.
• Plan and log your own training. No coach needed.
• Personal records with full history, and goals with a countdown to race day.
• A 20-second daily readiness check-in: sleep, energy, soreness and mood.
• Apple Health (optional): import a workout recorded by your watch or another app, or last night's sleep, instead of typing it in. VerPace only reads from Apple Health.
• Weekly load, plan completion, streaks and acute:chronic load, each with its method shown.

FOR COACHES
• Build a reusable workout library with blocks, exercises, targets, images, video demos and PDFs. Start from templates such as 6×200 m, tempo or EMOM.
• Assign a workout to athletes or whole groups on many dates in one sheet, repeat it weekly, or copy last week in one tap.
• See who trained, who skipped and why, and what needs your review. Reply in a comment thread on each log.
• Athlete overview: weekly load, plan completion, readiness trend, personal bests and recent sessions.
• Invite athletes with a code or link, organise them into groups and send announcements.

TRAINING TOOLS, NO ACCOUNT NEEDED
Pace, splits, race predictor, training paces, hand-to-electronic timing, 1RM, plate loader, RPE/RIR chart, heart-rate zones, swim and bike calculators, interval timer and stopwatch.

BUILT ON TRUST
• English and Arabic with a full right-to-left layout, plus light and dark mode.
• No ads and no tracking. Export your data or delete your account at any time in the app.
