Very slow and late process

Their cash in and cash out process is extremely very slow ! Sometimes it makes investors feel trauma ! I had to wait 3-4 days for cash in to get processed ! AEON digital bank or GX bank are at top notch where process takes count immediately

take to much time to cash in, even every month want to cash in but the process is too long

Easy to access & good self investment platform

Interest rates are competitive, platform is educational & have been investing through Versa save for close to 2 years and still loving it! Just hope that the cash in and cash out system can be more seamless.

Ridiculous

This app signs you up for newsletter even when you tick disagree on that part, and then makes it impossible to unsubscribe from their email. Once you press unsubscribe they bring you to a website where you’re supposed to fill in your email but you can’t type in anything. The worst

you should put your phone update / exchange near this app 🤦🏻‍♂️, disappointing, easy things become difficult.. sorry gogle translate

Inconvenient

This app keep asking to login manually. Everytime i want to use it, i have to manually type the id and password. Very inconvenient.
