Vertidisan® ist eine medizinische Schwindel-Therapie-App für eine multimodale Gleichgewichtstherapie zu Hause. Es ist ein Medizinprodukt mit klinisch geprüfter Wirksamkeit und mit penetrationsgetesteter Datensicherheit. Vertidisan bedeutet: 90-tägige, tägliche, digitalisierte Schwindel-Übungs-Therapie für zu Hause mit einer medizinischen Gesundheits-App. Die medizinische Schwindel-App dient der Behandlung von Schwindel wie Lagerungsschwindel, M. Menière, Neuronitis-Schwindel oder chronischem Schwindel. WIE WIRKT VERTIDISAN? Vertidisan bewirkt eine schwindelhemmende Wirkung durch eine sog. CVC-Aktivierung im Gehirn. CVC bedeutet "central vertigo compensation" (zentrale Schwindelkompensation) durch sog. neuronales Lernen des zentralen Gleichgewichtsfunktionssystems (zentrale Schwindelkompensation). WIE IST DER ABLAUF? Täglich 10-20 Minuten zu Hause trainieren. WELCHER IST DER INHALT VON VERTIDISAN? (1) Vestibulomotorisches und vestibulookuläres Gleichgewichtstraining mittels ABEV: Adaptiven Balance-Übungen einschl. Visueller Stimulation. (2) KVT: Kognitive Verhaltenstherapie zur besseren Bewältigung von Schwindelstress, Schwindelschlafstörungen und Schwindelangst. (3) MC: Medizinisches Counseling, in welchem Ihnen die Therapie ausführlich erklärt wird. (4) PMR: Progressive Muskel-Entspannung angespannter Muskeln. (5) AG: Autogenes Training zur Wahrnehmung Ihrer Körperbalance. (6) GE: Wissensdatenbank zur Gesundheitsedukation, damit Sie Ursachen und Behandlung von Schwindel besser verstehen können. (7) OEP: Otago Exercise-Programm, damit Ihre Muskeln gestärkt werden, um das Gleichgewicht zu halten. (8) TFB: Therapiefortschrittsberichte, die Sie Ihrem Arzt/Ärztin vorlegen können.
