## Vertoe Reviews in United States

### *---- "Extra charges"
They charge me a 100 dollars more than a year ago after using this place! And I’m not even in New York
-- Ale2696, 2024-10-24

### *---- "Disappointing Experience with Vertoe"
Really let down by Vertoe. The instructions they gave were totally off, and I ended up at a luggage spot that was closed. Tried reaching out to their support team for help and to get my money back, but no luck. Super annoying and a total waste of time
-- MaxPower404, 2024-01-16

### **--- "Could be better"
The concept is great. I traveled with my family and we had almost a full day to continue enjoying the city before our flight that evening. We needed a place to store our luggage and we found that..eventually. I had the Vertoe app installed before our trip and planned out beforehand to make sure I knew which location was most convenient to the day’s plans. The downfall of the app/service is that some locations are unclear until you book/pay. The address won’t be provided until booking is complete and some Vertoe locations are housed in businesses that aren’t named or made clear within the app. We didn’t want to book first, as we walked around the block and couldn’t figure out where the luggage storage facility was housed. It took us over an hour to figure out where it was, and cost us one of our excursions for the day. Maybe one day this service will be on par with others.
-- Bri10E, 2023-03-21

### *---- "Location Discrepancies"
I downloaded this app after Googling left luggage services at a train station in an upcoming journey. The Vertoe website said this was available, near Platform 1. When I downloaded the app, there were no Vertoe locations within 100 miles of this train station.
-- riparianity, 2022-02-04

### *---- "Location was closed"
Walked 2 miles to check-in location with all of my luggage. The location was closed. Ruined my afternoon.
-- jaodnenlwspf, 2021-11-26

### *---- "i can’t even open it"
the app crashes as soon as i open it and try to find a location. nice
-- Towawa, 2020-03-01

### ****- "It worked"
I feel like it could be a little more safer by offering tamper proof plastic locks but it worked.
-- USA2010hhgdxyvvyvyv, 2020-01-04

### ***** "Would recommend"
Solid, functional app
-- Panini Vol. 2, 2019-11-07

### ***** "What a great service!"
Needed to store my luggage during my trip to dc and this was exactly what I needed. Seamless experience from start to finish and great
Device!
-- yasinmsync, 2019-10-27

### ***** "Easy and ready to go"
I wouldn’t ever have expected myself to need an up such as this one, but I will say it has made traveling easier. Do you know how many times I have arrived to my hotel/Airbnb early with nowhere to keep my bags, securely?
So glad my friend suggested this, it’s so easy and ready to go!
