It is genial but
I like very much the app, I think it is great find very nice hotels in the way the app propose it, BUT the problems are the hotels. We have receive the worst room in the hotel we booked, a really nice hotel with a room looking at a back garden plenty of rubbish. The hotel had many more free rooms, it was not the last one, that’s why I think there should be a way of not being penalized for having had a room at a good price.

The app offers excellent hotels at fantastic locations, however, 99% of the times the hotels they have have “No animals allowed” which is a shame!
