## verydice+ Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t pay out and can’t contact support"
I use to love this game and it has taken me awhile to reach my goal of a $5 gift card and I can’t even redeem it because the URL doesn’t work. I worked so hard and this was so disappointing.
-- jerri1974, 2025-06-28

### *---- "What the fudge!"
There’s no customer service at all!
-- Catherine1223, 2025-05-31

-- Gabriellemariestone, 2025-02-16

### ***** "Fun"
I love the app and can you add more gift cards and bring back the catalog and raffles that you used to have I love look for stuff I could redeem with my tickets It was fun the old way you had it please go back to the old way.
Can you guys add more gift cards and make eBay and Amazon at least $500 each for people
-- Ghost girl 2327, 2025-02-05

### *---- "No way to contact support"
I’ve used this app for a long time, back when it was just verydice and not verydice+. I was able to transfer all of my info like my tickets and rolls when they changed apps, but when I went back in after a month or so, all of my tickets were gone. I had over 40k saved up and they just suddenly disappeared with no warning or explanation. There is no support email or any way to contact them about issues. They also got rid of a lot of the redemption options. There used to be mini games when you’d roll doubles, and they got rid of those as well
-- Purplemask1, 2025-01-25

### ***** "It was better as verydice I don’t know why they removed it"
It’s only gift cards now
-- yanelita 178, 2025-01-22

### ***** "Erika"
Love verydice but every time I try to use verydice I have to log in again is there anyway you can fix the problem
-- Erika Janine, 2024-10-31

### ***-- "Customer service?"
Where the number for help? The link to redeem isn’t clickable!
-- Superwoman123457890, 2024-10-10

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
App doesn’t work anymore. Says download failed when I opened the app.
