Really buggy when you go to select an event and get into the lottery. There is no button in the app to complete the process and it just redirects you to a bunch of Ads with links that look legit. I had to go to the browser/website to submit my ticket lottery submission. Love the change though! First mobile app tix FAIL" I have an event tonight for which I happily ‘received’ tickets, but this is the first time my tickets aren't ‘print at home’ tickets. They don’t appear on the app, the “missing tickets” link on the “My Tickets” page for the event crashes the app, and there is zero support available. Are some shows “no camera allowed”? Yes. So you improvise/adapt/overcome - take your photo outside the venue in front of the marquee. We’ve done it a few times. Never a problem. App crashes? Reset your phone. It’s not the app, it’s your phone. Problems with your account. Yes, there’s no phone number to call - but reach out via Facebook or email. They are pretty responsive for a non-profit. As I said, been using them for years and never had an issue that couldn’t be resolved easily.
