This app also keeps a daily record of the hospitals you’ve worked at, the hours you’ve put in, the animal species you’ve worked with and the experiences you have had — all in a convenient app. The Vet Volunteer app keeps track of important information: You can easily track your daily hours, along with dates, the animals you worked with and notes on the specific experience you added. Your volunteer information is stored conveniently on your phone. Hours are totaled and summarized by type of activity on one easy-to-access screen. Details of your experience and the record from any day you worked are easily accessible. When you’re looking for a place to volunteer, the app can help: You can search for opportunities by location and the experience type. Once you find an experience you’re interested in, detailed information will appear including the hospital name, the location, photographs and the contact information. Reviews of others who have volunteered at your selected location will be available. The Vet Volunteer app allows you to stay current and connected: A newsfeed shows new veterinary hospitals that have entered our network. You will see updates on other volunteers and their volunteer experiences. Updates on other events and opportunities at universities and veterinary hospitals are provided. The app gives you all the information you need to find the volunteer opportunity that’s right for you — all you have to do is download it! ## Vet Volunteer Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/2c/8e/fc/2c8efc4e-3bd0-10dd-2dea-29b76ee28354/75b8f2bc-59c4-4af7-afcc-ae7201b86712_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_11_Pro_Max_-_2022-08-19_at_11.02.17.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/55/07/e9/5507e9e4-f665-ddf9-1152-be9794ee7052/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_14_Plus_-_2025-02-07_at_18.08.06.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/07/55/f3/0755f352-417b-f04e-c26d-d83e4feaa4b2/Simulator_Screenshot_-_iPhone_14_Plus_-_2025-02-07_at_18.08.01.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/bc/a5/2d/bca52ddf-241f-8f4b-c390-c93d0ff574a0/e27f7b68-c490-4087-b9dc-1fdce17cc67f_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_11_Pro_Max_-_2022-08-19_at_11.04.26.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/0e/ab/71/0eab7155-9b43-cdf3-69f2-f1c3ebb53b9c/d3602264-5156-416f-986a-4eb49b13309d_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_11_Pro_Max_-_2022-08-19_at_11.04.39.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/fe/9b/66/fe9b6680-f7ed-615f-9bd3-5cf384c31a94/2b547c72-7833-478f-be26-d6c30acd4c38_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_11_Pro_Max_-_2022-08-19_at_11.05.46.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/2f/2c/75/2f2c75c6-2938-2067-90ba-010ac2b81890/e4b03ec6-0729-4cc1-8023-eeef26a598d7_Simulator_Screen_Shot_-_iPhone_11_Pro_Max_-_2022-08-19_at_11.06.13.png/1242x2688.png) ## Vet Volunteer Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 36 (78%) - 4 stars: 1 (2%) - 3 stars: 5 (11%) - 2 stars: 1 (2%) - 1 stars: 3 (7%) ## Vet Volunteer Reviews in United States ### ***-- "Good for hours, not for finding experience" App is great for logging and keeping track of hours. I did try the “browse experience” and selected for my state, but nothing in my state came up and instead experience on the other side of the country popped up. The app would be 5 stars with this bug fixed. -- oliviaggarner, 2025-07-20 ### ***-- "Good but could be better" Great app. Wish I was able to view my animal hours/vet hours/volunteer hours more easily. Right now all I can do is swipe down until I reach what I’m looking for. Would be great if they let us tap on the icon saying our hours and take me to all the logs I put in that category. -- prevetstudent, 2025-06-25 ### ***-- "Tracking hours" I download this app last year and inputted my local clinics and non profits that I work and volunteer at. Overtime, the app didn’t save all the information of the local profit and nonprofit locations. It keeps on making me create the location again and again. Please fix this glitch!!! -- bman_258, 2025-01-12 ### ***-- "useful but has some issues" i love this app as it makes tracking hours so simple and easy. however, i have had this issue at least 10 times now where the locations i am adding hours for delete themselves entirely and i have to go in construct them each a whole new profile all over again. Its frustrating having to add them back almost every few weeks. I just hope it gets fixed :( -- vanessa roghe, 2025-01-11 ### ****- "Good App, small bug, helpful suggestion" Overall app is great! But there’s a bug where when I type in the clinic I worked at, it won’t show up even though I’ve already added it. One suggestion I have is to allow us users to see the complete total for all different types of animals we’ve worked with while shadowing or other animal experiences. That would make it easier on us users to tell which group of animals we’ve worked on for how long, and tell us which animals we might need more hours in! -- Robbie Saltmarsh, 2024-11-11 ### *---- "Useless" Content does not load quickly, owned by corporate, and seems like a long term ploy to recruit future veterinarians. -- chestnut498, 2024-06-15 ### **--- "Loading" Takes me forever to load in -- Moodygamer668, 2024-06-09 ### ***** "Must-have app for pre-vet students" This app is incredibly helpful for logging hours and properly categorizing them. I previously was using a paper chart, but would constantly forget to update my log; having it on my phone is much more convenient and I am able to log experiences from anywhere! It is so super easy to log hours and find opportunities within your community to gain more experiences. Highly recommend to anyone with vet school aspirations! -- buttercream3847, 2022-11-07 ### ***** "Super helpful!" This app is essential for any students interested in entering the veterinary field. This app would have been great for me to track my hours from various locations as I prepped to enter veterinary school. This app is great for the future success of students entering the veterinary medical field! -- mnr716, 2022-10-27 ### ***** "Logging hours and finding new experiences!!!!!!!" This app is great for logging your hours and finding new experiences. -- Martin,J, 2022-10-11 [View all Vet Volunteer reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Vet Volunteer - [Volunteer Connection](https://apptail.io/app/volunteer-connection-enf/united-states) - [Causer - Get Connected](https://apptail.io/app/causer-get-connected-Zdr/united-states) - [Civic Champs](https://apptail.io/app/civic-champs-SFib/united-states) - [Givefinity: Volunteer Tracking](https://apptail.io/app/givefinity-volunteer-tracking-XQib/united-states) - [VicNet - Volunteer Portal](https://apptail.io/app/vicnet-volunteer-portal-Pmbn/united-states) - [NAVC Events](https://apptail.io/app/navc-events-BEDn/united-states) - [CoVet - Veterinary CoPilot](https://apptail.io/app/covet-veterinary-copilot-QNOo/united-states) - [Flownote - AI Note Taker](https://apptail.io/app/flownote-ai-note-taker-qLRp/united-states) - [ASPCA Volunteer Portal](https://apptail.io/app/aspca-volunteer-portal-vnsq/united-states) - [AI Note Taker - NotesAI](https://apptail.io/app/ai-note-taker-notesai-VHxq/united-states) ## Vet Volunteer Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/vet-volunteer-RJTb/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/vet-volunteer-RJTb/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
