I have a baby kitten and already they have made me think, will my kitten ever be ok!
The only solution they have on call is "come and visit clinic!
And even doctors I met, most of them have never said "nothing to worry".
They have something to give for pet. Also waiting period!! 
If you miss it, even if the reception people cant help us. We have to call someone in the blue to get the next appointment.
They want business, dont care about people's anxiety when the pet face any issue.

I recently took my Shih Tzu to Vetic Electronic City Bangalore for a routine grooming appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and distressing. This was the first time I took my pet to this clinic, and I deeply regret it. After the grooming, I noticed that my dog’s eye was red and swollen, and it quickly became apparent that he had suffered an eye hemorrhage. As a result of this incident, my dog now needs to receive eye drops multiple times a day, which has been incredibly stressful for both him and our family. Administering the drops is difficult, and it’s heartbreaking to see our dog in discomfort due to the lack of care at this grooming salon. When I confronted the staff, they were unable to provide any explanation or accountability for the injury. Despite my concerns, they offered no apology or assurance that they would prevent such incidents in the future. The lack of care and professionalism displayed by the groomers was alarming. My dog is now under veterinary care due to the damage caused during the grooming session. I strongly advise other pet owners to avoid Vetic if they care about their pets’ safety and well-being
