Can’t get app to sync with the vets4pets I go to. Checked email and tel number, pet details. All same. Contacted app - got an email reply asking my name and pet name but no response since. Very poor customer service. The practice are friendly and as helpful as possible but can’t help on this. All they could say was the app only shows appointments made via app and not over the phone but it doesn’t even show my dogs vaccinations or that she has junior care plan. So app is useless to me and a waste of time.

Doesn’t link to the appointments made at the practice even though I use the same email and phone number for them to contact me and the app recognised my pets details when I set up the account. No correspondence is stored in the app either. The practice either emails or sends a text message. It’s clear that the app has not received updates in years and has been totally forgotten.

Stoke Festival Park keep deleting all appointment requests and instead send you a generic email saying you have to call to make an appointment rendering the app completely pointless and a waste of time to use. Don’t bother

Aside from registering your pets there’s nothing that works on this app. Can’t book appointments or anything. Save yourself the trouble and call, or just go to a different less expensive vet

After coming back from the Andover Vets for Pets, I downloaded the app and couldn’t register as it didn’t have Andover as a location to select.

I can’t see the point of this app. You can’t do anything with it- it doesn’t show appts or medications. I put an order for a repeat prescription, when I chased it the receptionist said oh it doesn’t work, we don’t look at it

I completed all of the information in order to make an appointment for my dog. 24 hours later I still don’t have an appointment.

What could be easier
