## Vets4Pets Description
Our app provides you with a new way to book appointments and manage your pet’s health needs with Vet4Pets. The Vets4Pets app is currently available at a limited number of practices.

If you are already a Vets4Pets client, simply register on the app, link your account, and you will have access to your pet’s history as well as a range of other great features. 

If you’re new to Vets4Pets then simply download and register today through the app. We always recommend you book an initial health check on the app so that we can get to know you and your pet.

Get Started:

 - Register with a Vets4Pets practice – whether you are an existing, or new client, register with a practice through the app.

 - Register new pets – you can register new pets with your practice through the app, we recommend an initial health check when adding a new pet.

 - Personalise your app – add a photo or bio of your pet for that personal touch

 - Book Appointments – whether you need a vet consult or to book your annual boosters, the app will allow you to book appointments direct with your registered practice.

 - Cancel Appointments – if you need to cancel an appointment you can do so on the app, letting us know you won’t be attending. 

 - Update personal details – If you are moving address, or have a new phone number, keep us in touch by updating our records through the app.

 - Receive the latest pet advice and offers – with the app inbox, you’ll receive the latest offers and advice tailored to your pet’s needs.
 
 - Find emergency contact details – If you have an emergency in or out of hours, find emergency contact details at a click of a button.

We regularly check our App Store review pages and listen to your feedback to make positive changes.

Quite possibly the worst app I’ve ever used. I have used this vets before, many times. Trying to use this app. Bad Gateways, Time Outs. Error messages asking for an email address and the two fields provided on that screen are Phone Number and Post Code. 
I’ve given up.  Fed up of going round in circles.

Haven’t been able to book appointments for ages on the app but now its completely gone haywire. Says my surgery doesn’t opt into the app… how is that possible…. Doesn’t show me anything, has deleted my dogs off there and is now a completely pointless app!!! Not happy

It’s not the most easiest app and half of the time it crashes when clicked on an icon within the app. This does it with ‘view all appointments’ and ‘pet diary’. And the app has to be refreshed to work again. Might aswell use something else as it’s not handy and doesn’t make it easy to book appointments.

Had my kittens first vaccination appointment today. Everything was put on the computer at the vets. Only the microchip number is showing on the app. Nothing about today’s, or future appointment, or the treatment my kittens had today. Computer and app data not in sync.

Can’t get app to sync with the vets4pets I go to. Checked email and tel number, pet details. All same. Contacted app - got an email reply asking my name and pet name but no response since. Very poor customer service. 
The practice are friendly and as helpful as possible but can’t help on this. All they could say was the app only shows appointments made via app and not over the phone but it doesn’t even show my dogs vaccinations or that she has junior care plan. So app is useless to me and a waste of time.

Doesn’t link to the appointments made at the practice even though I use the same email and phone number for them to contact me and the app recognised my pets details when I set up the account. 

No correspondence is stored in the app either. The practice either emails or sends a text message. 

It’s clear that the app has not received updates in years and has been totally forgotten.
