I started working with this platform in early 2024. Then they actively attracted new employees with generous bonuses for completed trips. The advantage of this company is high tariffs for long trips. But there are still more disadvantages: firstly, they lack clear interaction with the client, which leads to a huge number of canceled trips, sometimes this reaches almost half of all trips made, and very often there is no way to contact the client because the phone is out of range or simply doesn't answer. Secondly, the application is imperfect in terms of selecting the work radius for drivers, that is, they give orders costing less than $10 that require a journey of more than half an hour, which is absolutely not logical. Therefore, in order to earn money in this application, you need to be smart so as not to work at a loss. Thirdly: although they raised compensation for a canceled order from three to five dollars, sometimes this is still not enough to cover fuel costs if, for example, you had to travel a long distance to the landing site. Fourth: the most important problem is that they do not automatically calculate compensation for canceled orders; at the moment, out of 30 canceled trips, I received compensation in the amount of five dollars for just one trip, for 29 trips canceled due to the client’s no-show I did not receive the money although I submitted a request for a refund and review of the cost almost a month ago. So work here, be prepared for unexpected surprises, considering this work as a lottery, lucky, unlucky, the client will come or not, and be prepared to part with gasoline and time for which you will not receive compensation later. There are many more significant shortcomings, but I will not talk about them all here; you will see this for yourself in the works. At the moment, I stopped working with this company more than a month ago because I don’t like being deceived, after I receive compensation I will reconsider my attitude towards it.
This app is useless, whenever you are ready to work log into the app, and wait a long time the app only shows a notification of Do you want to keep logging in? Contacted support they said if you don't get any trip in the morning wait for the afternoon or evening and even no get-go sleep, you guys really don't know the value of time and people .

They don’t show you how much you are going to make if you accept the ride. Thats how they hide their low paying. Also you will drive 9 or 10 miles to pick the customer when the customer cancel the ride you only get 3 dollars for these all miles and time. Also 3 dollars doesn’t shows in earnings in 48 hours. There map is very bad they always take you at wrong point. There is no customer rating available. It took 53 minutes for a ride just for 9.66$. Their customers service is rude. When you reach to pickup they cancel on you you will not get paid for that. To ask for 3$ convenience pay they have made it so hard that you won’t when ask for it.This company is the one making money not us. Disappointed
If you never need to get support from them then it’s cool to drive for Veyo. They answer quickly when you have a client in the car, but if you need to do inspections, CPR, or questions about your money, Negative! They are really bad with taking care of driver needs. Snow birds are returning so other platforms pay more now anyways. Good luck with them, it’s REALLY BAD.
Now I know why the app needs a driver so much, a course that is useless (does anyone watch the videos or just leave them on? videos with more than 20 minutes just talking nonsense), a lot of bureaucracy for little money, the app should be updated, I can't even get my digital insurance to upload
I delete this app make it easy to apply at the and of the app it can’t Run A background check this is ridiculous and I recommend to not download or used it
They will take your money without you knowing. This app is very misleading and will make you work for free. After completing every trip you have to email support you can’t talk to a live person and they will take your money if you don’t have screen shots to show proof. Very bad app. Don’t recommend at all. 👎👎👎
