Bad experience
We had a terrible experience with the doctor they sent for home visit. It was an internal medicine check up, he was very unprofessional and couldn’t help us at all using low quality tools. We expected a better experience from visita but it’s not recommended at all, we also payed a big amount of money for nothing in return. Please take care!

Bookings not confirmed
Very bad experience , Although i got 2 messages for 2 doctors appointment i discovered when i reached their clinics that booking not confirmed and the schedule is full so i have to book again for other day . The vesita support line left me for 15 mn and dropped the call and never call back . Worst experience

Nothing is available in the pharmacies, seriously almost everything is out of stock 24/7

They delete negative reviews about doctors
Only 5/4 star reviews are allowed on the app, all negative reviews or less than 4 stars are deleted by vezeeta be careful this led me to going to 5 star doctors then finding out they are 1.5-3 stars in reality after bad experiences and inaccurate diagnoses
