Do not waste your time with the app. Five appointments in a row with top-rated doctors in different specialties were just a complete waste of time. Ratings don't mean anything, and the doctors' profiles are usually incomplete, so it is a matter of luck whether the doctor is bad or good. You are better off just googling than using Vezeeta. The pharmacy service is a joke. You can expect your confirmed order to not be updated, let alone shipped, for over a day. The user-interface of the app is not customer-oriented. It is difficult to actually find what you want, and the search filters are very ineffective.
