Terrible Service
The whole point of Vezeeta is to find good doctors around you and order medicine online. It can do neither of these things in Egypt. Do not waste your time with the app. Five appointments in a row with top-rated doctors in different specialties were just a complete waste of time. Ratings don't mean anything, and the doctors' profiles are usually incomplete, so it is a matter of luck whether the doctor is bad or good. You are better off just googling than using Vezeeta. The pharmacy service is a joke. You can expect your confirmed order to not be updated, let alone shipped, for over a day. The user-interface of the app is not customer-oriented. It is difficult to actually find what you want, and the search filters are very ineffective. The app is actually just an ad space for doctors rather than a doctor-matching service.

فيه دكاترة عندهم عدم جدية و اهتمام بحجوزات المرضي
انا حجزت عند دكتور من اسيوط ، والمريض من اسوان وبعد ما المريض سافر علي معاد الحجز بتاعه اكتشف ان الدكتور سافر !! يعني اكتر من ٨ ساعات سفر وبسهوله كدا الدكتور يسافر من غير اي تنبيه ، او حتي يقفل ايام الحجز الي هيسافر فيها من علي فيزيتا

Terrible app , no customer service , no delivery time for pharmacies and they dont even know the phatmacies inventiory , they charge the amount from your card then they tell you sorry this medicine isnt available !!! And for the dr appts all reviews and recommendations are paid by the doctors to even be on the list

ابلكيشن سيء جدا وعدم مصداقيه وعدم ثقه لأني بقوم بطلب الاوردر واختيار الدوا واختيار الصيدليه وموعد التوصيل وبعدها يتم إلغاء الاوردر لنقص الدوا طالما الدوا ناقص ليه بيتم قبول الطلب مني
