دايما كل مااطلب اي عياده او اشعه او تحاليل في اعتذار او مواعيد بديله ولما اكلم خدمه العملاء يقولي مفيش قدمنا غير الانتظار عشان تقدري تسفيدي من الخصم قولتوا عشان الغي اشتراك شامل يقولي أصلا مش متاح ده طيب فين وجوه الاستفادة إلا عاد عليا من الاشتراك
No show after appointment
Confirmed appointment with application and found that the doctor was already gone even though i cam within the specified hours
Very bad
Appointmets are cancelled after confirmation without any reason.. poor customer support
