## VFS Global Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Worst app ever"
Giving it a 1 star is being generous here
-- Kelly's meh!, 2026-06-18

### *---- "Poorly built app"
Can’t believe an app can break like this
-- gokul_rk95, 2026-06-17

### *---- "App does not work"
App is bugged, rejects login attempts and locks you out of account repeatedly. Literally a non-functioning app that VFS forced you to have to use to submit a visa application. Horrible experience, Italy needs to do better.
-- thin beer rfghjk, 2026-06-17

### *---- "Useless app"
Gets into a loop telling you that you have tried to many times on first time use and to try again later. Total waste of time.
-- Disappointed077, 2026-06-16

### *---- "Worst app ever"
Don’t even try booking appointment via this because it won’t let you. Just a waste of time.
-- Vins9843, 2026-06-16

### *---- "Terrible app"
I’ve been trying to book appointment for days. Checking for slots everyday multiple times. Not having slots is one thing and today when I saw just one opening the stupid app logged me out and haven’t been able to check slots after that.. it’s like the apps not working and there’s nothing we can do. There’s no option for help in app it is extremely irritating. Pretty much useless
-- Pranj0102, 2026-06-15

### *---- "Worst app . Zero star"
Worst app ever!!! It’s been two months that we are trying to book an appointment. Even whe we were trying to register for a new account they keep blocking saying fail to several attempts even if is just the first time I was trying. Ridiculous app and service . There is no point calling them . They keep saying to delete the app and try.
-- Tieta samadi, 2026-06-15

### *---- "Worst app ever"
I have been trying to book an appointment for weeks and finally got one slot. I filled out all the required information and then the system pushes you out and the next moment the slot is gone. Just a useless app.
-- GhaleShova, 2026-06-15

### *---- "Worst app ever"
Why this app is so bad. When I register for the first time it gives me error you have tried many times. This is basic issue with the app. The logic is completely wrong and prevents users from creating account.
-- Chris@krish, 2026-06-14

### *---- "The most frustrating thing ever introduced to the App Store"
This is my first review so you can imagine how frustrating this must be. It locks you out, gives your repeated error message, even if you find an appointment (which is a miracle as it is) it gets stuck. It’s so terrible makes me not want to visit Italy to save myself from this pain.
-- NZ2024, 2026-06-11

### *---- "Tracking an Application"
The App won’t allow you track your application even when your visa reference and surname is correct. It keeps bringing out an error message saying AN ERROR OCCURED
-- Sandra Mathew, 2026-06-09

### *---- "Bot friendly app"
Blocks humans and let bots take all the slots
10/10 would recommend (to bots)
-- rta70, 2026-06-06

### *---- "Awful"
For nearly three months, I've been checking the app five times a day, twice just to make a reservation, but it's been wrong more than five times, and in the end, the queue is full, and I'm still trying to get an appointment!
-- riopwM, 2026-06-03

### *---- "I hate this company so much"
Website doesn’t work for appointments. App doesn’t either. Just logged in for the first time today to get a message about my account being temporarily locked due to repeated log in attempts. I have my stuff saved in a password manager, I’ve never entered the wrong password ever. What a joke.
-- pogsee, 2026-05-29

### *---- "Can’t upload photo"
Keep getting an error that the photo size is too big. Well, I can’t upload it, there's only one option to take a photo, and I have a good quality phone - WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO IN THIS SITUATION???!?
-- MegalodonPapi, 2026-05-28

### *---- "Poor app"
Very poor app. Blocks account for no reason. Will never recommend
-- umahahsan786, 2026-05-27

### *---- "Worst app ever!!"
I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks, purchased a subscription from visabot to be notified when theres an appointment but once you log in, it’s no longer available!! If by any chance you get an appointment and ready to pay, it then tells you “something went wrong” and pushes me back to square one. Couldn’t even count how many times this happened!! To add - always get locked out even if I only logged in once!! Useless app
-- Ccruz2327, 2026-05-26

### *---- "Absolutely Terrible"
This application is the sole reason I'm not able to get an appointment. Constant lock outs and errors. Even when I got an appointment, the payment gateway crashed locking my account.
-- balu-b, 2026-05-19

### *---- "🤡🤡🤡"
Their website was a joke and so it’s their app. Downloaded 3 months ago still not able to book an appointment for my husband. As an Italian I am ashamed.
-- Katymisteria, 2026-05-14

### *---- "Worst app"
Never has appointment
-- Kads2853, 2026-05-14
