I can log in on older iPhone and android, can’t log in on iPhone 15. This is a very underfunded and sub-par app to be owned by Panasonic. Sheesh.
Hard to control, cannot jump to specific times, the app is awful.
Who on earth is giving this anything but 1 star? This iOS version is complete garbage. The android version is slightly better. Just an FYI to the Devs, your lack of competency is the reason my corporation is actively pursuing another VMS. What a was of my time!
I have an iPhone 11 and when I go to put in the server information there is not enough fields for the private and public IP address. It seems that someone forgot my or add the additional input fields to make this app usable. Really annoyed.
After hitting the plus sign to add a server there is only a Private IP field. That will not connect. After the initial add when going to view the settings there is a public IP field. Upon tapping edit that field disappears and you’re left with the same setup settings as first adding a server... How can I enter the public IP?
Installed on an iPhone 8. When inputting server settings, I cannot fully see the box I am typing into, even if I turn the phone sideways. App kept crashing after adding the server. Decided to try on my iPad, and only then was I able to see that the port is already filled out for me. My problem on the iPhone was that I was effectively entering the port number twice, “40114011” which is out of range, so it crashed the app. Now that I learned that it is working fine.
We use several “fish eye” cameras. It would be really nice to be able to rotate the image on screen a la Google Maps, for example. A multi-camera view option would be nice. Also, the RWD/FWD tool is a little strange. But I’m not really sure what the fix should look like. We use this app EVERY DAY. Being able to view our feeds on mobile is such a time saver when seconds count!
