False bill
I was going abroad and I called vi agent that if it is possible that I don’t activate IR but only get sms . She said that it’s fine u will get 149 per month for getting sms but you have to pay bill in advance for the time u are abroad. I deposited 3000 for three months as my monthly bill is approximately 800/- .
But the irony is this that I didn’t get any sms and didn’t call or receive any call from India and they put +1600 hundred for first month and +1800 for next month . What is this going on I didn’t understand. Please resolve this matter .
As I had already bad experience of last year too too when the vi agent suggested me to put my phone on sleep mode and it will charge very minor. I was ok with that . I had family plan of 4 numbers then . After 3 months when I came back they said that all ur numbers are independent and u have to pay 1100/- for each to start ur phone as my all numbers are deactivated. I had to pay 2200 for my 2 numbers and so much hassle to activate my numbers.
So this time I followed their words and now u am getting these high charges.
Now I will deport my phone to some other company as I have no option other

Did a recharge for one year for 1799 and after 20 days there is no message or call incoming or outgoing. Did another 299. Still same. Not worth.

Data Draining so quickly
I had recharged with ₹839 , 2 GB/ per day , 84 days . And now see what? My data draining so quickly without any use , am not able to explore my data ! In the morning itself the notification will be there saying that “ Data Alert! 500 MB left on your daily Data pack. Click bit.ly/ViDataRC or dial *121# to buy a Data pack” and after 5 min the nxt one “ Data Alert! Your Data pack is over. You will be charged at std. rates as per plan.
