## VIA Link Reviews in United States

### ****- "❤️‍🩹"
The app is fine but sometimes the drivers either don’t know where I’m headed or their tablets go offline. Either way great service for those not close to a bus line.
-- ABMCMXCI, 2025-09-23

### ***** "Love this service!"
The service is really wonderful.
-- Longblackhair1, 2025-09-01

### *---- "Horrible"
They are constantly late, even if you book in advance. I’m getting tired of getting picked up hella late then when I get dropped off I see two idle links…. Why couldn’t they have been the ones to have picked me up instead of the driver that has 4/5 people in the van. If this is what our tax dollars are going towards I want my money back!
-- RevengeReaper12, 2025-07-29

### ***** "Better than Uber & Lyft"
VIA Link is so good! Huge fan of this service, plus you absolutely cannot beat the pricing ! 🙏 You can afford a whole Month of Service for the price of one Uber or Lyft ! 🙌🙌🙌 Can’t wait to see how this service grows 😎 Edit: Honestly , ignore the negative reviews . Individuals just can’t plan ahead 🤷‍♂️🤡
-- GabeRGarza, 2025-06-30

### ***** "Awesome"
Incredibly friendly staff and rides are only 1.30 per rider!
-- BigBirdAlert, 2025-06-29

### *---- "Not reliable"
Every time I go out to them for work I always get right there near the car and they just drive off like they never saw me. They never park in the same spot and it’s rediculous
-- Phoe D J, 2025-06-28

### **--- "requesting rides is a nightmare"
I’m a student who lives 10+miles away from college and I rely on the bus and this transportation heavily. I understand there are unforeseeable circumstances but requesting a ride as of these past few weeks has been horrible. How am I supposed to know when I should be at my pickup place over 2 hours in advance? The time slots are ridiculously late and not in tuned with the bus routes. Not to mention once my ride might get there on time, I waste 20+ minutes having to pick other people up making me half an hour late to my destination. There needs to be more reasonable ride scheduling or way more available drivers because this has gotten ridiculous.
-- introverted.abe, 2025-04-21

### ***** "There Gr8"
5stars every ride really
-- Krmit the pig, 2025-04-07

### *---- "Unreliable"
It was good for a little bit until today when I decided to use the service to get me home. It was extremely hot outside and I get that there were delays due to traffic and a citywide event happening, but as soon as the via link arrived the app cancelled my ride without further warning and the driver said they were not able to take me anywhere. Not even if I could just book my ride then and there. Anyways, never using this app again. San Antonio needs to fix its ongoing public transportation issue.
-- secretsound_, 2025-04-04

### *---- "Pick up pick near"
When I pick a pick up like usual sometimes the app picks across the street or two blocks making me miss my ride
