It’s not helpful when the app resets the data every time I’m out of the search. Moreover, when I attempted to adjust the dates, I can to a page where the search bottom was far below the edge of the lower window and I couldn’t search under the new dates.
Seriously, you’re putting up a login wall in 2024, without offering the option to create an account using a social login? I’m sorry, but that’s sheer foolishness. You have zero experience in web, 0 in UX, 0 in customer experience. Time to wake up! And the train really needs to finally catch up! Come on!

Via rail doesn’t even go to any destination id consider taking it, and keeps lowering the frequency. It’s easier to fly.
Your employees are clueless on this app and everytime you update it it gets worse for the customer to use. Not my first review. Long time customer.
Why did you make a new app? The old one was great and this one has way less functionality and looks ugly. Please show more than one trip at a time I want to be able to look at my whole round trip not just my next train.
Overall App feel is good , but I would like to see some improvements: 1. The my trips tab should show the history of all previous trios as well 2. The transition in of a page and it’s boxes needs to be softer 3. The plan page can be completely removed as a tab and replaced with a permanent plan button at the bottom like the old home button in iphones
