## Vialer Description
Eenvoudig bellen met je zakelijke nummer via de Vialer app op je smartphone. In de app vind je alle inkomende en uitgaande gesprekken terug in de recente gesprekkenlijst. Je hebt direct inzicht in de bereikbaarheid van je collega's en inkomende oproepen komen automatisch uit bij de juiste persoon in de organisatie. Je kunt bovendien altijd je statistieken, belplan en bereikbaarheid inzien en aanpassen.

Met de Vialer app bel je via 4G of WiFi. Je hebt hiervoor een VoIP-account nodig dat gekoppeld is aan je gebruikersaccount. Hierna kun je direct beginnen met VoIP bellen. De gebelde klant ziet hierbij je zakelijke nummer in beeld staan.

Helaas is deze app niet te gebruiken op de IPhone. De app sluit zich tijdens een gesprek altijd na ongeveer een minuut helemaal af! Nu maar hopen dat de beloofde update snel gaat komen, maar dit duurt inmiddels al maanden

Kan regelmatig niet uitbellen. De timer gaat wel lopen maar verder gebeurd er niet. Van ellende maar via mobiel bellen. Tevens is de geluidskwaliteit vaak ronduit slecht. Als je een gesprek door verbind dan ben je normaal gewend dat op het moment dat je de andere persoon Asn de lijn om op de rode knop te drukken om op te hangen. Dit moet dan met samenvoegen. Dat is erg verwarrend. Maak je die fout dan krijg je het gesprek ook niet meer terug. Had er veel meer van verwacht.
