You can check the no. of days remaining and create support ticket. I check my internet status from time to time and find it handy that I can open a ticket without having to call them. They taught me how to change the channels too in my WiFi and change password. So it has been useful so far. -- Beeper39, 2025-08-12 ### *---- "bugs" fix yo app, it cant even block a device without me having to do it multiple times -- sybau_tspmo, 2025-05-19 ### *---- "Issues" There are too many bugs and issues in the iOS app. Don’t you test it before releasing? Is this the level of quality you aim for? Even basic functions occasionally fail, showing server errors and causing the app to close. -- Sabina Bajracharya, 2025-02-20 ### *---- "O star" One of the most laggy internet i have ever usedd we have complained about it alot but the staff doesn’t seem to be concerned or helpfull i have a preety long complain to report but i guess its a conplete waste these staff are so freaking rude and really careless i hope you people will fix that rudeness i’ve seen these staff talking politely only while getting paid i really thinkk these people should takea look at them self and be moree respectful and polite -- Kairr11, 2024-12-20 ### *---- "Vianet" Yo vianet fiber wifi app iPhone 6 12.5.7 version ma kam gardaina mere requests xa yo app lai all iPhone app is 12 versions ko lagi sutable banai din hun anurodh plz.... -- rameshdas, 2024-07-28 ### *---- "IOS iPhone" This aap cannot login in ios device ❤️‍🩹 -- Mr,kesh, 2024-06-18 ### *---- "Worst internet speed" How many time do I have to tell you guys to fix our internet speed issue even it get fixed but only for couple of few days.Too much frustrated by the speed of your internet… -- Nepal James, 2024-04-29 ### *---- "To much slow net #vianet" It is so much slow then other networks -- Kismat Kandel, 2024-03-22 ### **--- "Problematic network of nepal" Hello, its been a 5-6 months i have complained multiple times, the issue is that we don’t get call notifications on iOS devices of messenger, it always shows as missed call after a while, but this issue that exists on your network that seems to be the problem nationwide on Vianet isn’t solved yet, i am amazed to see that company of this magnitude and budget couldn’t solve this problem for almost a year.. what is your plan to retain a customer if the problems lasted for almost a year without a resolution… I definitely not staying with your service for upcoming years neither will i suggest any of my family and friends to stay on your network… and no plz no need to call me and tell me that you are going to send technician bla bla bla.. done it multiple times without solution….
