## Viasat Shield Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible"
This hasn’t worked for months and when we call and complain they say we are working on issues…
-- Dee51477, 2024-12-18

### *---- "No longer working"
This used to pick all devices online. Doesn’t do it anymore! What gives?
-- Litter Mate, 2024-11-04

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
My app shows no devices connect even though there are 6 devices on my network. Talk about a useless app!
-- Rossi1710122, 2024-10-10

### *---- "Terrible app"
Always issues with the app and serves little to no purpose other then trying to get you to buy
-- 800-433-7300, 2024-01-04

### *---- "Scam"
Why doesn’t this app work???
-- Naten75, 2023-12-13

### *---- "Don’t bother."
This app is surprisingly bad. It will list the devices connected to your router, but it wants you to subscribe and pay a monthly fee in order to control those devices. My router has been off for over an hour, but according to the app, there are two devices currently using it. And yes, I have refreshed the app multiple times. Just say no.
-- Arleaux, 2023-06-19

### *---- "Worthless"
Doesn’t see any of my connected devices
-- Deb d1, 2023-06-08

### *---- "Another app that doesn’t open"
Can’t view online but have to use the app but the app doesn’t open.
-- audhall, 2023-05-08

### *---- "Give up"
Won’t even open. Even after called tech support. Bummer.
-- Nick I’m, 2023-02-27
