J’ai posé la même question à toutes les IA disponibles gratuitement pour un particulier : comment éviter la sarcopenie pour une personne âgée ?

Toutes m’ont posé des questions complémentaires pour affiner mon besoin et ont fini par me proposer des solutions et un tableau de suivi et progression des exercices à réaliser. 
Mais je viens d’être bluffer par le détail des propositions de  Le Chat qui va beaucoup plus loin que tous les autres IA interrogées. 
Je suis content que ce soit un produit français qui soit si performant pour un particulier et je souhaite qu’il en soit de même pour les besoins des entreprises.
Dorénavant je poserai mes questions à Le Chat.

Les réponses semblent pertinentes et bien documentées. Ce qui manque , c'est juste la modification d'images telle qu'elle existait avec Reface par exemple ou la génération d'image façon ChatGPT. Y'a peut-ētre aussi la lecture à haute voix directement dans l'application qui serait pratique particulièrement en voiture
