I just download the app and after I enter my number, I never get the verification code. I just wait the code and didn’t do anything but It said “we have blocked all requests from this device due to unusual activity. try again later”. What should I do?

I can't touch the setting and remove emoji logo on iPhone XS. I think it's a bug. Please fix it.
