For the past few weeks, the app gets stuck on the red welcome screen. I get background notifications when I turn the heater on or off, but the app never gets to the main interface, regardless of whether the heater is powered on or off. This is very inconvenient, because I had to stop the heater altogether in order to save gas, which means I can't change its operation mode remotely.
In the pictures we see daily and monthly electricity and gas consumption. But in the app you can only see today, past 7 days, current month and current year totals, no monthly graph, no daily graph?
Since the last update the application remains stucked o loading screen
You do not understand anything from the display of the application There is absolutely no way for anybody to quickly understand the function of the application, the status of the equipment and how to change settings WORST APPLICATION THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN !
La apa calda delta t ar trebui sa fie de 5 grade. La caldura delta t sa fie de 0,8 grade.
I have tried to create an account with 2 email adresses and the confirmation process is not working, you have 2 questions that you need to answer, everytime I try they are not working and I don’t have any support on this, I can’t contact anyone because I can’t find anything…
O aplicatie extrem de greoaie, cu extrem de multe bugguri. Sunt extrem de nemultumit ca nu putem modifica temperatura decat di. 0,5 in 0,5g, slava domnului si asa, la inceput era din grad in grad!
The app is great and helps me a lot but has a problem when I want to acces it. It won’t run from the first. I have to close it and open it again for working properly.
The app stopped working and can’t access my account, when i login it says the operation could not be completed! I deleted the app and reinstalled the same issue. Even tried on other phone but still the same!
Este o aplicatie foarte buna si extrrem de practica ! Bravo viessman esti cel mai tare in automatizari !
