## VICKI Rewards Description
Introducing the getVICKI Rewards App! Create an account to start earning VICKI Rewards Points. Points can be used to earn discounts and free products at any VICKI machine. Once you've created an account use the map to find a local VICKI. Once at a VICKI machine, add your thumb biometric to finalize your account and access the machine without your card in the future (don't forget to use the same card and contact info to complete your account at a VICKI). The getVICKI Rewards App also allows you to activate promotions to earn more VICKI Rewards Points. Manage payment options, preferences notifications and settings with an easy to use interface.

*** For customers who have already created an account at a VICKI machine. You can finish your account in the app by selected "create account" and then "biometric user" and by entering the same payment and contact information used at the machine.

## VICKI Rewards Reviews in United States

### *---- "I DONT WANT TO DOWNLOAD AN APP TO BUY MY MUFFIN"
THE MUFFIN IS RIGHT IN FRONT IF MY FACE. I HAVE MONEY IN MY HAND. WHY DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD AN APP AND MAKE AN ACCOUNT AND AUTHENTICATE MY CARD JUST TO BUY MY CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN. WHAT AN AWFUL WORLD.
-- PatrickStump=Jesus, 2025-11-03

### *---- "App is garbage"
Rips me off. Can use rewards. Won’t let you. Avoid this scam .
-- twrader, 2024-12-05

### *---- "Well that sucked"
I used this app to open a vending machine and when it opened it said I grabbed all kinds of stuff now the app says I didn’t make a purchase… wow!!
-- Koojeenx, 2024-06-07

### *---- "Useless"
If I could give the app less than one I would. No back buttons on any page. Doesent remember your account. Won’t add credit cards. I’m pretty sure that makes it useless.
-- Tigerrd23, 2023-06-28

### *---- "Non-functional"
I’ve tried using this app multiple times and it always ends in failure. It won’t accept my password so I try to reset it. It sends me a link that is invalid. I tried a couple of different password options and I ended up getting locked out. It’s basically the worst most useless app I’ve ever encountered.
-- 19Daniel72, 2023-04-02

### *---- "Won’t take my cc information"
Says card not valid when it is lol
-- Lucaiie, 2022-12-13

### *---- "Pain to use"
Couldn’t get it to work. Waste of time.
-- ecksel, 2022-08-17

### *---- "don’t use"
straight up does not work. this is a bad app and system.
-- AAAHHHmark7, 2022-04-30

### *---- "You owe me money"
Hey Vicki. You’ve owed me money for more than a week. This is without a doubt the worst app I’ve ever used. Don’t waste your time. Do not use these vending machines. Also, someone needs to contact me asap I need my money.
