## Vico Nature Reviews in United States

### ****- "Miss the ability to manually identify birds"
I don’t have too many complaints but this is by far the biggest one so far! Sometimes the app does not identify correctly, therefore that option was really nice to have. Please bring it back!
-- bellora22, 2026-04-25

### *---- "Not as good as the old app"
Deleting videos takes forever. Does not let you delete several at one time. Do Not Like!
-- PSUIS, 2026-04-24

### **--- "Lags a lot"
Since transferring to this app from the old one, the new one runs way worse. Sometimes I can’t even access the live feed of my camera because of how poorly it runs.
-- Elephantspops, 2026-04-24

### *---- "Won’t identify birds."
The other app worked great, this one not so much. It does not identify birds anymore, and won’t let me identify unknown birds manually. It just leaves them as unknown. The old app I was able to select which bird it was. Please fix this, I’m tired of seeing ‘unknown’ birds which clearly could be identified.
-- Madison McCaffity, 2026-04-24

### *---- "Not working"
The old version worked flawlessly. Nothing but problems with this new version. Not connecting. Live view not working. Don’t want to spend all this time trying to fix a problem. The old version was just fine.
-- Birddrain, 2026-04-24

### ***-- "Not the same."
It’s not horrible, it’s a nice format, but some of the features need to come back. First, I hate the fact that being able to manually pick the birds is gone. PLEASE fix this! it often doesn’t identify it, and I used to be able to change it. However, there is better connectivity.
-- Nic_igkms, 2026-04-24

### *---- "Where is my full live screen"
Just added App - terrible. Picture is less sharp, cannot see full live screen, doesn’t appear to have option to use portrait view, too many “no bird” photos in library. All those negative features after 5 min of use. I haven’t even gotten into checking the settings failures as described in other reviews. Developer needs to go back too the drawing board and Vico needs to stick with what it did better. I won’t recommend their bird cam to friends if the App is the only way to use it.
-- hmp2021, 2026-04-23

### *---- "Connectivity"
The connectivity is as bad or worse than the previous app. Surely we can do better. At least we should have the option of using the original app. Is that possible?
-- LisaStandish, 2026-04-23

### *---- "App switch"
Ever since the app switched to this one I’ve had nothing but problems with my camera not connecting, not staying connected, not staying logged in. I also keep getting the dreaded “something went wrong try later” error.
-- Horrible horrendous buggy, 2026-04-23

### *---- "Won’t let me sing in"
So I LOVE my hummingbirds and I loved the other app but I’ve been trying to log into this new one for hours and there’s no support number to call. I changed my password 3 times and it keeps saying I need a verification code
Even AFTER I do it. It’s like glitching in between the sign ins I can’t get on
