i love the clothes they sell there but they apparently discontinued my only perfume i use, i don’t know why they discontinued cocopeach perfume at all, it was an amazing smelling perfume, the body oil cocopeach was decently ok but didn’t rlly give a good shimmery effect.

I love shopping at Victoria Secret, as a curvy girl they have the best options for me. But this app is terrible. You can’t update items in your cart, there’s no way to make a wishlist to save items you plan to purchase later, and I feel like there are items you can get on the website that you can’t get through the app!? But my biggest issue is no wishlist.

I’ve enjoyed having this app since it first became available. Besides the ease of shopping, the special offers and sneak peeks at my fingertips have been wonderful as a frequent shopper. However, l wish there was a way to disable the community feature completely. I don’t intend to hurt or shame anyone, but there are too many kink and fetish related posts and pictures. Maybe I misunderstood, but I didn’t think that was the purpose of the community feature. I’ve used the block and report features, but those have not worked for me.

There is not one thing to like about this app. Doesn’t recognize when I enter my password so I got temporarily locked and had to reset my password twice today. Trying to pay my credit card is EXTREMELY hard. There’s about 40 steps just to log in. When looking at an item I have to click the go back button like 4 times before it works. Wasn’t recognizing my vs credit card when checking out so I had to “lookup my account” which was another 5 steps. The website isn’t even any better.

I really hate how this doesn't have a place where you can put your favorites anymore. Other than piling it all in your cart. I normally don't ever leave reviews, this might actually be my first but that's just how much I hate it. I can't keep track of the things I would like to purchase later on.. I don't ever even shop here anymore because of that. Can y'all please put that back on there? That's like the most basic part of a website, I can't for the life of me understand why you would take that away.

I am really upset because I don't understand why they make the products available if there aren't any and I made an order which they canceled and I don't understand the reason, I removed some items but they just won't let me and they charged me 145 again which I didn't even take the I ordered and they have not given me a refund. I need someone to help me since I was really very excited about my order and in the end it was a total failure!!!!

Is this not synced to your website? I kept on changing my passwords and none of it is accepted even though I successfully changed it. Now my account is temporarily locked zzz Update: my account was deleted and advised to creat an account using the same email. All points were credited to the new account.

Can’t even login. It doesn’t recognize the password, ok no problem let me reset it: “error…….” Every single time. I had the app before but it kept telling me my location was in England ( I don’t even live there). Super annoyed, wanted to give it another chance but will be deleting it.

I’ve been trying to find out how to use this app. I have many store app that I use regularly so I’m not new at this, but what is going on with VS! I don’t understand why I can’t log in it says my information doesn’t match. I’ve created sign on & password still not working. I finally got logged in twice tried shopping the experience was not good. Tried logging in a third time after that same error info didn’t match! I’m over it I’ll probably cancel my account 🫤!
