When I first got this app, it worked great for me on my iPhone 12 and Roku TV. Now since the biggest update on iOS, the app will not load a live game in any way. Please fix because this app is fantastic when it works.

We have high speed internet, but the video quality of this app is very low. Motion is jerky and seldom in focus except when play stops. There is no way to record a game. If you join late, there is no way to start from the beginning, you join live and risk seeing the score while you rewind it ever so slowly. This app leaves me hoping for a real network game once in a while. It might work better for slower-moving sports than the hockey I watch, maybe bowling would look good? Probably not.

One of the worst streaming services out there maybe in a year or two will figure it out they stopped the game to throw in commercials while the game is on you have to download the app every time you decide to go out of the game and return back to it you can’t get in and it’s not my service

I have been loving watching the Stars for free!! So convenient watching on my phone and casting has worked very well too! Overall great experience; however, the app sometimes says I cannot watch due to my location even though I’m still in the Dallas area. App would be perfect if this bug was fixed!!

I use it with a Firestick. It can take 5-10 minutes to I initially boot up and then launches into random videos instead of to the main menu. Dallas Stars games are almost unwatchable. There is constant video freezing, random unexpected reboots, and poor video.

I have watch Stars games in the past, which is our home team.

But out of the blue, when trying to watch it allows me to see all the prior Stars games and info.  However it will not let watch tonight’s Stars game.  It wants to have me watch the Ducks and I cannot get to the Star’s game.

I have deleted and reloaded the app several times.  No access other then to the Duck’s game.

This app is terrible, difficult, and frustrating!!

Unfortunately, the App developer did not get this App added to the LG Content Store as they said multiple times they would.  A massive fail on their end considering the massive popularity of The LG Smart TV line.  
The App, when used on iPhone to cast to an LG OLED TV disconnects or fails to connect far too frequently to be enjoyable or reliable.

The app constantly asks me to log in, even when I’m already logged in. It’s such a hassle to watch these “free” game broadcasts that I’d rather just skip the games. So bad compared to pretty much every other sports or TV streaming service.

### **--- "Works okay live, don’t pause or rewind though"
During the games live it works well. But don’t you dare try to rewind 10 seconds, because you’ll be subjected to no fewer than 20 commercials before you can watch again. Same for rewatching a past game. If you want to fast forward to a certain part of the game, you have to sit past 20 commercials each time. 

I get that this app is free and requires commercials to keep that going, but there has to be a better way.

Worst staff ever. When watching on a smart TV if you accidentally hit the back button, it takes you all the way back to the start. You can't go forward because of the mandatory commercials they make you watch. I'd rather pay five a month somewhere else. Also, it gives you the option to start from the beginning, then takes you right to the third period. Kind of ruins the whole experience as I like to wait until the kids go to bed to watch the games by myself. Just a poor. Design.
