App won’t connect to my smoker, worked great when it was new, till we had a power outage and now it won’t show up in the app but yet I’ll get a notification that my grill is ready, I’ve tried everything

This app will not connect to Bluetooth! Tried to set it up and insists to hook up to wifi. I so not have wifi at the lake! It will not allow me to skip the wifi. It worked good when I I first set it up at the lake but then moved it home ans set up to wifi. It worked good while on wifi but brought it back to the lake and cannot hook up to phone. Tried deleting app, starting a new account, everything thing but nothing works!
