## VIDA Fitness Official App Description
VIDA Fitness is Washington DC’s premiere gym, featuring state-of-the art equipment, studio-style classes, experienced trainers and dietitians with a modern, sophisticated design. VIDA has 5 DC locations and a growing presence in Virginia. The new VIDA fitness app was created by Smart Help Clubs to give you better access to VIDA amenities and enhance your workout in an innovative way.

You can use the app to track your food and workouts with the Health App that is already installed on your iPhone in order to gather data, and sync workout information. VIDA will ask you to allow read-write access to your nutrients and existing data, but this will only be visible to you. Your information will not be shared with anybody else and will be solely for personal use.

## VIDA Fitness Official App Reviews in United States

### *---- "A buggy mess"
As with most things at Vida Fitness, the app is a janky, unintuitive mess in constant need of maintenance
-- ChiefJMill, 2026-08-22

### ***** "Smiling at Vida"
I’m a relatively new member at Vida and enjoying the weights and personal trainer as well as the yoga group classes -great variety!
-- trudymcc, 2026-01-01

### ***** "Great for moms & dads"
This is a fun and informative gym for all, polite, & respectful people
-- TO&JT, 2025-12-20

### ****- "Just okay"
It’s kind of a confusing app and feels very low tech.
-- ~Lara, 2025-11-27

### **--- "Two taps for one action"
I only use the app to show my barcode when I enter the gym. The barcode that is first shown when you open the barcode menu is *not* the barcode that you need to scan. Instead, you need to tap that first barcode and then show the barcode that opens after that. The most common action is hidden behind two screens, which makes no sense.
-- vrusanov, 2025-07-20

### ***** "Five stars"
Thank you!
-- Broccoli1228, 2025-01-23

### ***** "Great dashboard"
Great dashboard, mostly everything in one place with real-time messaging.
-- Geek316, 2024-06-11

### ****- "Information"
It would be nice if the app contained information about each clubs amenities i.e. types of saunas, parking information, etc.
-- JNE89, 2024-02-28

### *---- "No music allowed"
Wish it didn’t stop music playing when it’s opened.
-- ma3145tt, 2023-01-15

### *---- "The worst"
I can’t see anything when I open the app. The front desk told me to delete and download it again. Nothing. I don’t have issues with any other app on my phone and I use quite a lot of different apps. Ugh. Love the gym though!
-- Matt Wittich , 2023-01-13

### *---- "Poor performance"
Always glitching!
-- emp319, 2022-12-12

### ****- "Pretty Good"
Pretty comprehensive app. Only thing I feel is missing is the ability to see/manage guest passes for the pool and gym within the app. Would be nice to be able to purchase guest passes on the app and see a tally of how many you have, instead of having to go to the front desk for this.
-- Krystyna G, 2022-06-23

### ***** "Great place"
I am enjoying the layout and cleanliness of the gym I am really enjoying my trainer Reno Yep I say that with a grain of salt 😁 The rooftop pool is really nice so far I’m happy with my decision to join
-- symoane, 2022-06-11

### ***-- "Terms and Conditions checkbox"
The check box is virtually invisible when you go to book a reservation. It would be great if the outline of the box was an orange or purple color so people notice cirrus’s being “stuck” on Continue.

Also, the SunBeds are the moment! Great addition. I did notice a guest (I assume from the day prior loft glitter makeup or sunscreen all over the upholstery, may be best to add that to a cleanup checklist to make sure to spot clean to maintain the new wonderful addition to the pool.

Thank you!
-- SeantéAllDay, 2022-05-22

### ***** "Great classes, great instructors"
Going to VIDA can be addictive. Classes can be quite challenging (which is what you want), but also fun, with personable and approachable instructors. I’d like some straight weightlifting classes at mid-day, which currently aren’t offered (due to a sports injury, I avoid the typical jumping around that usually gets combined with weights), but other than that I’m 100% pleased.
-- Rutgers Girl, 2022-01-21

### *---- "Please do work on this app before releasing"
Log in doesn’t work, password reset doesn’t work, technicians have not been responsive. Better service and experience is expected for membership to this premium gym experience.
-- SM SM SM 08, 2021-07-22

### *---- "Glitches With Reservations"
Be careful once you’ve made a reservation. There are no fail safes in place if you accidentally cancel a booking or if the app glitches and screws up the booking. And the people that work at Vida have absolutely zero sympathy if this happens and you lose your spot.
-- ACSB15, 2021-06-05

### ***-- "No barcode"
For unknown reasons the bar code disappeared and even after deleting and reinstalling the app the problem persists. Please fix.
-- NickfromDC, 2021-04-16

### *---- "Clunky"
Awful design, cluttered, clunky, slow. No way to import barcode to Apple wallet like literally every other gym. If Geocities designed an app, this would be it.
-- Vulgar demos, 2021-02-23

### *---- "Terrible app"
Can’t even log in! Paying 100 plus dollars and can’t even use the gym. They will have me cancelling soon if this continues.
-- Nick32222220928282, 2020-10-13
