Server issue
Unfortunately, I could not even get it to work one time. It keeps saying there is a problem with the server
Fail. Server issues.
Tried for an hour and got 5 notifications the video failed due to a server problem.
Tried to make a video
Didn’t work. Keep saying server error and I tried like 10 times with the free trial
Not what I was looking for.
There is a 500 word limit and a true video might be better.
There are better apps than this.
Can't even paste a script
Terrible
I could not create any sample videos. It keeps errors out. Although the version I’m using now is the trial or so it seems. I downloaded the trial version since yesterday- last night to be exact. Please cancel this app or any associated with it. Thanks!
This is NOT SYNTHESIA
I think it’s sad that they are playing off Synthesia popularity with the tricky name and the similar icon. If your product is not good enough to stand alone on your own brand then don’t mimic someone else’s. This app is called Synthes IA. The real Synthesia does not have an iPhone app.

I paid for premium, my account was charged, and the app continues to ask me to upgrade to premium. I have tried contacting customer service, for a refund and have gotten nothing in response.
