Charged for a weekly subscription but unable to use the app
I was charged for the subscription, but app prompts that I haven’t subscribed.

Crashes
The app close randomly when exporting if HDR option is enabled. Dragging the media goes randomly on the timeline. The app is good but the logic seems needed to improve.
Good at first
Already in the finishing touches of my video and then the fonts, font effects etc are not saving/applying, I can no longer put music in parts of the video I want them to while it was working in other parts… all other changes I have done were not saved and worst the video was not exporting. I just hope I can finish this project with all these glitches and I will stop paying.
Purchased but just a waste of money DO NOT USE!
I have 256gb in my Phone memory and only 75gb was used, that’s after saving a video I’ve created. And after making another video, (just edited the previous video I’ve made) it prompt me not enough memory to save the video. Geesh! Even deleted a few long videos on my phone (clearing the deleted files) I ended up with 36gb in my Phone memory, it still prompt me cannot save the video due to not enough memory. What a waste of money! Cannot even add a music from My Music library even if the app said can add.
