I was charged R2499 for an app I have never used neither do I plan on it. This was purchased by a minor without my consent. I was in shock when I saw a negative balance in my account. Please refund ASAP as this is a fraudulent charge and will have to open a case. Please just refund to make everyone’s life easier. Bad business practice and zero customer service

I've been using the free version on and off, it saves a lot of time making videos for reels. Today I purchased the lite version for R99 and the full version was deducted R199. When using the app, it glitches the whole time. I load 6 photos when I go through the video templates it freezes and bombs out then I need to start over again. Very very frustrating. I have updated the app and restarted my phone, it still does the same thing, making it very difficult to create the videos. I don't think I will pay for the app again.
Such a great app but super disappointed at the sudden steep price increase. How do you justify a 100% increase for the lite version of the app?! So disappointing.

Great app but I’m on the pro version and it keeps on asking me to pay every time I want to edit a video.
I deleted this app from my phone and account months ago. This morning, I received an email that I was subscribed for a year and I’d be charged for the purchase. Trying to reverse the charge and contact the app company has been unsuccessful. Don’t trust the legitimacy of this app. It’s sketchy
